When you provide us with dates we will provide you with a quotation for your dogs stay (minimum 3 nights.) It will be based on our standard rates below. The price you pay is what you have been quoted.
If you need to run over a 24 hour period into the following day. Eg drop off at 9am day 1 but collect at 5pm on day 2. Latest collection is 7pm.
We recommend that owners bring the dogs own ready made food. This can be dry or frozen. Where this is not possible or your food runs out - we can feed your dog. If you require us to cook any of the food you provide then this will incur a charge.
As a seperate service from Home Boarding we offer a service to transport your dog from and back home.
This is the total time for the journey including the part where your dog is not carried.
We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. We require the balance to be paid before or at the start of the stay. Only if we can refill your slot can we refund you. Payment by Bank Transfer or cash.
All veterinary bills incurred are chargeable to the owner. Oakfields is not VAT registered at this time.
